I purchased some goldbacks from here. Great condition and very quick arrival. Super happy with my buy and their service....except I do see the cost is a few bucks more per goldback than other places. Would love to see a more competitive price, because I would order again if the price would make it more attractive. Great selection as well. Thanks again CanAm for the great service.

Edit: response is a lie. Canam offered me 22 bucks back of spot, not the 5-6 claimed in the response.
——

Tried to sell some silver here. Was offered 33 CAD for 1 oz of silver, when spot price 55. 40% off spot is criminal, and on par with pawn shops.

Don't sell silver here.

Buyers beware : horrible experience. Package was handed to me open and contents empty at post office. Customer service was unreachable for a whole day. No way to leave message either. Had to work thru emails and chat support. Never called me back for follow up. I manage to reach customer service the day after : condescending tone, never offered apology or customer retention perks. Had to file police report. Avoid!

I revoke all my prior 4-5 star rating. I've ordered from here many times and I am sorry but please if you are here today checking reviews. Ignore all prior reviews going back to early 2025, 2024, etc..

This place has dropped right off. Was one of the best places and now they are atrocious. Highest spot prices in Canada, not a good selection at all, they keep playing with the delivery rate threshold, and their delivery times have dropped right off. Sometimes you may not even get your order and will be left disputing with your credit card company.

The customer service is not worth your time either. They can't even hire competent staff to deal with complaints or resolve issues.

STAY FAR away from this place!

Got offered $33 CAD when spot is $54 today for 1 toz fine silver.

Not the best place to sell precious metals. But friendly service and they offer good USDCAD rates.

I don't have a good experience unfortunately, they didn't return to my emails, I sent 2 follow up emails, simply asking for a response, still to this day months later, no response. I am trying to buy but no one is responding...

Canam Bullion was super easy to buy from. Their customer service rep, Makida, was very patient with my many questions and helped guide me through the purchase process. Plus, the item I purchased was swiftly sent after payment was received and arrived in mint condition.

I recommend them for all your gold and silver purchases.

I recently had the pleasure of conducting a transaction with CanAm Bullion, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. During my visit, I was fortunate to receive assistance from Sammy, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Her extensive knowledge and professionalism were evident as she guided me through the various options available. Samantha provided a complimentary consultation that was both informative and tailored to my specific needs, making my investment decision much easier. I highly recommend CanAm Bullion and specifically Sammy for anyone looking to invest in gold or silver.

Thank you, Sammy, for your exceptional help and dedication!
