No way to leave message either. Had to work thru emails and chat support. Never called me back for follow up. I manage to reach customer service the day after : condescending tone, never offered apology or customer retention perks. Had to file police report. Avoid!

Ignore all prior reviews going back to early 2025, 2024, etc.. This place has dropped right off. Was one of the best places and now they are atrocious. Highest spot prices in Canada, not a good selection at all, they keep playing with the delivery rate threshold, and their delivery times have dropped right off. Sometimes you may not even get your order and will be left disputing with your credit card company. The customer service is not worth your time either.
