  I purchased some goldbacks from here. Great condition and very quick arrival. Super happy with my buy and their service....except I do see the cost is a few bucks more per goldback than other places.   Buyers beware : horrible experience. Package was handed to me open and contents empty at post office. Customer service was unreachable for a whole day. No way to leave message either. Had to work thru emails and chat support. Never called me back for follow up. I manage to reach customer service the day after : condescending tone, never offered apology or customer retention perks.   I revoke all my prior 4-5 star rating. I've ordered from here many times and I am sorry but please if you are here today checking reviews. Ignore all prior reviews going back to early 2025, 2024, etc..

This place has dropped right off. Was one of the best places and now they are atrocious. Highest spot prices in Canada, not a good selection at all, they keep playing with the delivery rate threshold, and their delivery times have dropped right off. Sometimes you may not even get your order and will be left disputing with your credit card company.

The customer service is not worth your time either. They can't even hire competent staff to deal with complaints or resolve issues.
