Shipping Policy We ship all packages within a few business days following the settlement of your payment. After being shipped, your delivery will normally arrive within two business days. Anyone present at the delivery address may sign for parcels, as a secure courier delivers them directly to your door. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a note and deliver it to the nearest post office or depot so you can retrieve it at your convenience. Your order will be delivered to you by a courier. A signature is required for every shipment to ensure the safe delivery of your precious metal order. We use a variety of carriers, with the majority of orders shipped via USPS or UPS. Our Base Shipping method is our preferred carrier, allowing us to ship your order to you at the lowest delivered price possible. Depending on the contents of your order, you can upgrade your shipping method during the checkout process. Purchases of $5,000 or more are delivered through a premium hand-to-hand carrier service to the physical shipping address you specify. Only the addressee/owner of the CanAm Bullion account may accept delivery, and you will receive an SMS message from the company requesting you to select a delivery date. If the designated recipient cannot accept delivery, the carrier must reschedule delivery for a later date. Please be advised that this may result in additional fees. If no one is there to accept delivery, your package will be taken to the nearest post office or depot for you to retrieve at your convenience. For sales less than $4,999, the courier will require a signature upon delivery; the package will not be left unattended at your shipping address. If you do not pick up your order at the post office or depot within three business days, your items may no longer be insured (where you have paid for insurance as part of your purchase). You will receive a tracking number and link for all deliveries once your order is on its way to you.
