That Uranium Guy 2025-09-18 Buyers beware : horrible experience. Package was handed to me open and contents empty at post office. Customer service was unreachable for a whole day. No way to leave message either. Had to work thru emails and chat support. Never called me back for follow up. I manage to reach customer service the day after : condescending tone, never offered apology or customer retention perks. Had to file police report. Avoid! Highest spot prices in Canada, not a good selection at all, they keep playing with the delivery rate threshold, and their delivery times have dropped right off. Sometimes you may not even get your order and will be left disputing with your credit card company. The customer service is not worth your time either.
